Apprentices can learn a lot early in the career through an experienced employee often referred to as a mentor. However, the experienced employee does not always have all the pedagogical skills to carry out his mission or is not aware of all the new technologies. We develop guidebooks of companions that allow to have guidelines to carry out the companionship.
